March Recap

On behalf of the publications committee and the Poverty Alleviation concentrators, we are excited to wrap up another successful month for our Heller MPP Blog. Throughout the month of March, we shared original student writing, fact sheets, spotlights on staff, current, and former students, as well as relevant articles in today’s headlines. With this content, our goal was to examine and evaluate policies and programs aimed at reducing poverty and inequality, in particular through a structural or root cause lens. Below are links to all the posts published this month on the Heller MPP Blog:

Thank you again for sharing this month with us as we explored topics related to the Poverty Alleviation concentration, and a big thank you to all of our contributors. We hope you enjoyed our content. If you haven’t already, please make sure to follow our blog to get email alerts every time we post!

Stay tuned- for the month of April, we will be covering the Women and Gender Studies (WGS) concentration. MPP students, we look forward to receiving your submissions sent to mpphellerblog@gmail.com. Submissions should be relevant to WGS, though please feel free to address the theme through the lens of your own concentration or other interests.

Till next time,

Ariela Lovett, MPP/MBA Candidate ‘17 | Poverty Alleviation Concentrator
